Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with compliance requirements
- Develop predictive risk assessment models for AI deployment scenarios
- Partner with legal teams to navigate emerging AI legislation across jurisdictions
- Create audit protocols for algorithmic fairness and transparency
- Represent Nexus Horizons in global AI ethics consortium discussions
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, policy development, or compliance
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional leadership
- Published research or white papers on responsible AI deployment
