Responsibilities

- Advise executive leadership on emerging ethical risks in AI deployment
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape future AI policy standards
- Drive implementation of ethical AI controls across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible tech, or technology governance roles
- Deep expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) frameworks
- Proven track record influencing AI product development ethics
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance trends
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Publication record in AI ethics or technology ethics journals preferred
