- Research and publish frameworks for AI explainability in critical decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Expertise in algorithmic bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Familiarity with global AI regulatory landscapes (EU, US, APAC)
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholder groups
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, Google Responsible AI)
- Experience with ML model transparency tools (SHAP, LIME, Explainable AI libraries)
