Responsibilities

- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models and datasets
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical priorities and societal impact
- Author thought leadership papers on AI governance and responsible innovation
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical safeguards into development lifecycles
- Monitor global AI regulatory trends and advise executive leadership on compliance strategies
- Establish transparent AI explainability protocols for high-stakes decision systems
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in machine learning fairness metrics and bias mitigation
- Experience developing corporate AI ethics governance programs
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Publication record in top-tier ethics or AI journals preferred
- Knowledge of quantum computing ethics and emerging tech paradigms
