Qualifications

- 5+ years experience in AI governance, data ethics, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias detection techniques and fairness metrics (e.g., AIF360, IBM Fairness 360)
- Strong understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
