- Lead stakeholder engagement on AI ethics initiatives across departments
- Stay current on emerging AI regulations and compliance requirements
- Create educational materials and training programs on responsible AI practices
- Advise on ethical dilemmas arising from AI deployment and data usage
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or compliance
- Expertise in ethical frameworks (e.g., utilitarianism, deontology, virtue ethics)
- Familiarity with global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess complex ethical scenarios
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration in tech environments
