Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 and EU AI Act standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for high-impact AI systems
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams on ethical AI principles
- Author governance documentation for AI model lifecycle management
- Monitor global regulatory developments and update compliance protocols
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Represent the company at international AI ethics symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with focus on AI/ML (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics (e.g., demographic parity)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscape (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proven ability to translate ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience with large-scale LLM deployment and hallucination mitigation
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
