As a key member of our Future Ethics Council, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical principles throughout the AI lifecycle. This hybrid role combines deep technical expertise with philosophical rigor to solve complex societal challenges at the intersection of AI and humanity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging regulatory standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for autonomous systems
- Design ethical review protocols for machine learning models
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical by design principles
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Produce thought leadership on AI ethics and societal impact
- Monitor global AI policy developments and advise compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible tech governance
- Expertise in bias detection algorithms and fairness metrics
- Proficiency with ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published work on AI ethics or technology ethics
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement and change management
