Responsibilities

- Author white papers on quantum-secure AI transparency mechanisms
- Collaborate with EU/US policy boards on AI governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Design human-in-the-loop validation protocols for high-stakes AI systems
- Mentor PhD candidates in Responsible AI initiatives
- Present research at Global AI Ethics Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI ethics focus
- 5+ years researching algorithmic bias or explainable AI
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM)
- Experience with federated learning and homomorphic encryption
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and causal inference tools
- Deep understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, and NIST AI frameworks
- Track record of influencing global AI policy discussions
