Responsibilities

- Author white papers on AI ethics trends influencing regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy roles
- Proven expertise in bias detection methodologies for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Publication record in peer-reviewed ethics or technology journals
- Experience facilitating consensus among technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies for ethical technology
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable guidelines
