Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI ethics research or responsible AI implementation
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics topics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across tech, policy, and academia
- Strong background in cross-cultural ethical analysis
