Responsibilities

- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with emerging international AI regulations
- Design stakeholder engagement strategies for ethical AI adoption across industries
- Research and publish thought leadership on AI ethics in high-impact journals
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, AI, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or policy development
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Expertise in bias mitigation and fairness algorithms
- Strong understanding of technical AI capabilities and limitations
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible AI (portfolio required)
