Responsibilities

- Develop stakeholder education programs on responsible AI
- Lead incident response protocols for ethical breaches
- Report on AI ethics metrics to executive leadership
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Computer Science with AI focus
- 5+ years in AI ethics or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAT) principles
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published work on AI ethics or philosophy of technology
- Strong stakeholder management across technical/non-technical teams
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE, EDSA)
