Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product launches
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning systems
- Advocate for ethical design principles across engineering and product teams
- Collaborate with regulators to shape emerging AI policy landscapes
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Establish transparent reporting mechanisms for AI system decision-making
- Drive industry standards through thought leadership and publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven expertise in AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies or regulatory bodies
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethics Certification)
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
