Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness techniques
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Experience conducting ethical risk assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership in the field
