Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI models for bias, fairness, and accountability
- Conduct research on emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Advocate for ethical design principles in product roadmaps and technical specifications
- Establish stakeholder partnerships with academia, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices
- Author white papers and position papers on AI ethics for public discourse
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or technology ethics roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI (XAI), and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Published research or practical experience in AI ethics audit methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical challenges in multinational tech environments
