Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical problem-solving
- Strong technical literacy in ML/AI architectures
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent field preferred
