Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with evolving regulations
- Conduct AI risk assessments and ethical impact analyses for all new AI systems
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate AI deployments across products
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Stay ahead of emerging AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST standards) and advise compliance strategies
- Drive stakeholder education on responsible AI practices through workshops and documentation
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and contribute to industry standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Law, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership role
- Deep expertise in AI frameworks, ML algorithms, and data ethics principles
- Proven track record developing AI governance policies in regulated industries
- Expert knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, GDPR, NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, CERP) or related governance credentials
