Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for generative models
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI systems
- Develop transparency protocols for automated decision-making processes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI pipelines
- Monitor regulatory trends and update compliance strategies proactively
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Document ethical risk assessments and mitigation plans
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging regulations
- Experience conducting bias audits in large-scale ML systems
- Strong knowledge of ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, Asilomar Principles)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tools
- Experience with policy development in tech environments
