- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies across machine learning pipelines
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Establish compliance protocols for emerging AI regulations and industry standards
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align organizational practices with ethical AI principles
- Monitor global AI policy developments and adapt governance strategies accordingly
- Author transparent AI impact assessments for regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in conducting algorithmic audits and impact assessments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Published work or demonstrated expertise in AI ethics or responsible AI
