Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics roles
- Deep expertise in NIST AI Risk Management Framework and EU AI Act requirements
- Proven track record of developing ethical AI policies for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong background in machine learning model auditing and bias mitigation techniques
