- Create audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Advise on ethical dilemmas in generative AI and deepfake technologies
- Document ethical guidelines for human-AI interaction protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Proficiency with EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Strong background in machine learning model validation
- Expertise in cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Certification in Responsible AI or Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation preferred
