Responsibilities

- Advocate for responsible AI adoption through stakeholder engagement and thought leadership
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance strategies proactively
- Establish metrics for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (Ph.D. preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology leadership
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable policies
- Experience with AI model development and deployment lifecycle
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
