Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead algorithmic audits and bias assessments across ML pipelines

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into development lifecycle
- Represent the organization in industry ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Create educational materials for stakeholders on responsible AI deployment
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Technical understanding of ML pipelines and deployment architectures
- Certification in AI ethics or governance (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
