Responsibilities

- Establish monitoring protocols for AI system performance and fairness

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance

- Strong analytical skills for bias detection and algorithmic auditing
