Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026+ environments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees to evaluate AI model fairness, bias, and transparency
- Design audit protocols for high-stakes AI decision-making systems in healthcare and finance
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in regulatory discussions with government bodies
- Create training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Conduct impact assessments for emerging AI technologies before market deployment
- Represent company at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years' experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in large-scale AI deployments
- Strong background in machine learning fundamentals and AI system architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Published work on AI ethics or governance in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI tool development and auditing
