Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for high-stakes AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional task forces to develop company-wide AI ethical standards
- Represent the company at international AI policy forums and regulatory hearings
- Develop training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI product roadmaps
- Monitor global AI legislation trends and advise on strategic compliance adjustments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Technology Policy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into policy recommendations
- Experience with bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences (technical to non-technical)
- Published work or recognized contributions to AI ethics discourse
