Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise-wide deployment
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for machine learning models using advanced analytical tools
- Lead cross-functional committees to establish ethical guidelines for generative AI applications
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development cycles and stakeholder communications
- Research emerging regulatory landscapes and proactively adapt compliance strategies
- Design transparency mechanisms for AI decision-making processes
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and promote ethical literacy across technical teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or responsible AI development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Proven track record of developing corporate ethics policies and governance structures
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with AI auditing tools and responsible ML platforms
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics strongly preferred
