Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional ethics task forces and stakeholder communications
- Develop AI transparency metrics and explainability protocols

- Monitor global ethical AI trends and regulatory shifts
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or governance roles
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and explainable AI
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Published work in AI ethics or responsible technology
