- Lead cross-functional workshops with quantum computing researchers to align technical capabilities with ethical boundaries

- Advocate for ethical AI adoption in Fortune 500 client engagements
- Monitor emerging AI ethics legislation and update organizational policies proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI governance roles with multinational corporations
- Deep expertise in IEEE Ethically Aligned Design and OECD AI Principles
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks (IBM Q, Google Quantum AI ethics guidelines)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance tools (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, OneTrust)
