Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory requirements
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias mitigation and compliance
- Design governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and policy discussions
- Create training programs for engineers on responsible AI development practices
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias or explainable AI (top-tier conferences)
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience leading ethics committees at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Proficiency in Python for bias auditing tools and fairness metrics
- Fluency in ethical frameworks (utilitarianism, deontology) applied to AI
