Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ethical AI protocols
- Create regulatory compliance strategies for emerging AI technologies
- Design transparency mechanisms for autonomous decision systems
- Advocate for responsible AI standards at industry forums
- Mentor junior data scientists on ethical development practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO standards
- Proficiency in Python and bias detection frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with regulatory bodies (FTC, IEEE, etc.)
- Certification in AI ethics or data governance (e.g., CDPSE)
