- Create educational resources for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in quantum-AI convergence and neuromorphic computing
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible AI leadership
- Expertise in developing algorithmic bias mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Experience with AI model transparency and explainability techniques
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory governance and stakeholder engagement
- Published work or thought leadership in AI ethics or digital rights
