As a key architect of our 2026 AI roadmap, you'll collaborate with quantum computing teams and neural network architects to embed fairness, transparency, and accountability into our AI lifecycle. This role combines technical depth with strategic foresight to ensure our AI innovations align with human values.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across generative AI models
- Develop enterprise-wide AI risk mitigation protocols and compliance strategies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering and product teams
- Author white papers on responsible AI practices for industry conferences
- Collaborate with quantum AI teams to embed ethical safeguards in next-gen systems
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in production environments
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI techniques
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience leading ethics initiatives in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Strong background in machine learning and data science principles
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible technology (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
