As our AI Ethics & Governance Lead, you'll architect policies for quantum-encrypted decision-making algorithms and oversee compliance with emerging global AI regulations. Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for AI systems using quantum-secure validation protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams to audit algorithmic bias in autonomous systems and implement fairness metrics
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for emerging AI standards including the 2026 Global AI Accord
- Design transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in high-stakes applications
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols with policymakers, academia, and industry coalitions
- Oversee internal ethics training programs for technical teams deploying generative AI
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in developing governance frameworks for LLMs or autonomous systems
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI safety protocols
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI regulatory compliance
- Deep understanding of quantum computing's implications for AI ethics
- Certification in AI Governance (e.g., CEGAI) or relevant policy credentials
- Proven track record of translating ethical principles into technical implementation
