Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics policies and governance frameworks
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using advanced bias detection methodologies
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Design audit protocols for AI model transparency and explainability
- Advise on emerging AI regulations and compliance strategies
- Establish ethical training programs for technical teams
- Represent the company in industry ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing AI governance frameworks at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong background in bias mitigation and algorithmic fairness techniques
- Experience testifying before regulatory bodies or congressional committees
- Published research in top-tier AI ethics journals
- Certification in AI ethics governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
