Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics governance frameworks
- Lead algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments for autonomous systems
- Develop predictive risk models for AI deployment scenarios
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical principles in AI development lifecycle
- Represent company at international AI ethics summits and regulatory hearings
- Create transparent AI explainability protocols for critical decision-making systems
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance across product lines
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics
- Experience leading cross-functional technical ethics committees
- Strong background in machine learning interpretability techniques
- Public speaking experience at global AI ethics conferences
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI frameworks
