- Research emerging tech vulnerabilities and propose mitigation strategies
- Create transparency protocols for algorithmic decision-making systems
- Advocate for inclusive design in human-machine interaction technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech ethics or responsible innovation strategy
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, and global tech governance
- Published research on AI ethics or emerging technology policy
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech ethical frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Track record of influencing corporate technology adoption decisions
- Understanding of 2026 technology forecasting methodologies
