Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Design explainability protocols for deep neural networks and quantum AI
- Advise product teams on regulatory compliance for emerging AI standards
- Create ethical impact assessments for generative AI deployments
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with C-suite stakeholders
- Establish whistleblower protocols for ethical violations in AI development
- Represent the company in international AI ethics forums and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or Juris Doctor with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics, compliance, or regulatory affairs in tech
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global AI regulations
- Technical proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Published research on AI accountability or responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
