- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory consultations
- Train technical teams on ethical AI development practices and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Expertise in bias/fairness metrics (Demographic Parity, Equal Opportunity) and mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, OECD AI Principles)
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, ACM Code of Ethics)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible AI (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
