Responsibilities
- Develop ethical frameworks for generative AI and autonomous decision systems
- Conduct impact assessments on AI deployments across healthcare, transportation, and governance
- Lead stakeholder dialogues balancing tech innovation with human rights preservation
- Design bias mitigation protocols for large-scale neural networks
- Author policy whitepapers on AI governance for 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Mentor interdisciplinary teams on ethical AI implementation
- Anticipate and mitigate existential risks from superintelligent systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, policy, or responsible technology development
- Published research on algorithmic bias or autonomous system ethics
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Strong background in transhumanist ethics or posthuman philosophy
- Experience with quantum computing ethics frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical-ethical dialogues
