Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for AI systems deployed in critical infrastructure
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with transformative potential by 2026
- Design bias-mitigation protocols for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers on ethical implications of next-gen computational models
- Produce annual 'State of AI Ethics' reports for Fortune 500 partners and regulatory bodies
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development practices using our proprietary Ethical AI Toolkit
- Advise C-suite on ethical risks of metaverse and neural interface integrations
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven experience developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI deployments
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level legislation)
- Published research on AI ethics or futurism in peer-reviewed journals
- Strong background in risk assessment methodologies for autonomous systems
- Experience facilitating stakeholder dialogues between tech companies and civil society
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools for ethical impact analysis
