Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
- Conduct predictive impact assessments for 2026+ technology adoption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional ethics audits of machine learning algorithms
- Develop corporate policies aligning with evolving global AI regulations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to embed ethical safeguards in product development
- Present ethical frameworks to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years in AI ethics governance or technology policy development
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Published research on AI ethics in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency in ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
