Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI governance or responsible tech initiatives
- Expertise in bias detection and fairness metrics for ML models
- Published research on AI ethics or technology policy
- Proficiency with Python and statistical analysis tools
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review processes
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
