Responsibilities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Develop bias mitigation protocols for neural interface technologies
- Establish real-time ethical monitoring systems for autonomous decision engines
- Lead cross-functional ethics review boards for AGI development
- Create ethical impact assessments for emergent AI capabilities
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in policy and industry forums
- Research ethical implications of post-quantum cryptography integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or AI with 5+ years in tech ethics
- Expertise in quantum computing ethics and AGI alignment principles
- Published research on neural interface ethical frameworks
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and NIST AI RMF standards
- Deep understanding of emergent AI behaviors and unintended consequences
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical specifications
- Background in cognitive science and human-machine interaction ethics
