Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems for autonomous agents and multimodal learning.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from prototype to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product features.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging 2026-era AI technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
