The Role
In this pivotal role, you will design scalable neural architectures and define the ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready code, ensuring our solutions are robust, efficient, and aligned with a sustainable future.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement large-scale machine learning models and neural networks capable of handling 2026-level data throughput.
- Future-Proofing: Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces and Edge AI deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for algorithmic bias, transparency, and safety in autonomous systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce energy consumption in large-scale data center environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and external partners.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
