Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026 AI initiatives.
- Design robust, scalable architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Lead the integration of AI into core product workflows with a focus on performance optimization.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and bias mitigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous model improvement.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLMs and NLP systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and model versioning strategies.
