Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era challenges in AI ethics and quantum integration
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers across 3 global development hubs
- Drive innovation in sustainable computing and carbon-neutral tech infrastructure
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for next-gen predictive analytics
- Mentor senior engineers and cultivate talent through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technology roadmaps for 2026-2030
- Champion DevOps excellence and automated deployment pipelines
Qualifications
- 12+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in quantum/AI architecture
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing or neural networks
- Proven track record delivering systems processing >10M transactions/sec
- Expertise in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers
- Deep knowledge of blockchain security and decentralized systems
