- Present executive-level foresight briefings to board members and key stakeholders
- Design and implement futures literacy programs across the organization
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies with financial modeling
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing convergence
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
